Mai Li Lee
Project Manager & Managing Partner
206 368 0121 ext. 204 mlee@exclaimllc.com
As EXCLAIM's Project Manager, Mai Li is right there where the rubber hits the road on every project. Sure it gets hot, but Mai Li can handle it. She has been with EXCLAIM since the beginning, bringing her B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington, and more than 17 years of project management experience on world-class projects on both agency and client sides of the marketing arena.
But Mai Li is more than a kick-ass project manager. She's also EXCLAIM's Managing Partner. This not only makes EXCLAIM unique — to have a project manager as a partner, it also creates an exceptional client experience. As a project manager, Mai Li makes sure every project gets done right — on time and on budget. And as the Managing Partner, she's responsible for upholding EXCLAIM's reputation for excellence.
But that's a level of responsibility she takes on with glee — and with a calm, yet assertive style that can only come from true confidence. Because she's worked on the client side, she's always thinking about her clients' ROI — and constantly blending her creative problem-solving, eye for detail and meticulous processes to get the biggest bang for their buck.
Integrity is at the heart of everything Mai Li does — putting few things above keeping her word about what can be done, how fast it can happen, and how much it's going to cost. For our clients, that means a trusting, anxiety- and money-saving relationship with EXCLAIM: with no surprises and great results.

Ken Grant
Brand Strategist
206 368 0121 ext. 205 kgrant@exclaimllc.com
Ken Grant is a fascinatingly complex person — yet three words neatly describe him: passion, passion and passion. He’s passionate about the world of branding and marketing — even after having played key roles on both the client and agency side for over 15 years. He’s passionate about his expansive personal interests (among other things, he’s a classical musician, avid sailor, and unapologetic car buff). And, he’s passionate about balancing creativity and analysis in everything he does in both his work and personal worlds.
Ken Grant is the lead strategist (or “Big Picture Guy”) at EXCLAIM, and is responsible for developing brand positioning, creative strategies and campaign development. Ken has held a range of key positions in the marketing world — from Director of Marketing, to anchoring a public affairs TV show — he even wrote music for TV, and created and directed a children’s musical. His string of success includes launching and re-branding products, enhancing products’ overall image and increasing annual sales for his clients.
Ken’s approach to strategic development is born of thorough analysis. He says it comes from being a classically-trained musician; that you can only bring music to life after you thoroughly study and understand it.
Perhaps that’s why his strategies consistently exceed expectations.
